CSR REGISTRATION

The CSR refers to the obligation of an enterprise towards the society, customer demanding that the enterprises should understand its responsibility towards the society and the people. It is moral responsibility towards the society. ELIGIBILITY:
The following NGOs are eligible for CSR file on the MCA Portal to receive CSR funding:
A business formed under section 8 of the Act or a registered public trust or a registered society formed under section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961. A company formed under section 8 of the Act, as well as registered trust or a registered society formed by the federal or state government. Any organization created by an act of parliament or a state legislature. A business formed under section 8 of the Act, or a registered public trust or a registered society formed under section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961, with at least 3 years of experience in similar activities.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
A copy of the entity’s PAN card.
A copy of the entity’s registration certificate
If applicable, a copy of the 12A and 80G exemption certificates.
If relevant, provide your NGO’s Darpan ID.
DSC of the person who signed the paper as an authorized signatory.
PAN of the person who is authorized to sign the paperwork.
CSR policy of the company
Report on the company’s social responsibility.
Information about the subsidiary and other companies.
